Mobile Pay
How It Works
FSS Mobile Pay is an easy-to-use safe, secure, and transparent mobile banking application. You can become a subscriber and start using its services within just three steps as explained below:

1. Register your mobile number with FSS Mobile Pay through your nearest bank ATM.
2. Download the FSS Mobile Pay application and install it on your mobile handset.
3. Start your mobile banking using your FSS Mobile Pay login credentials.

Pre-requisites
Basic requirements for becoming a FSS Mobile Pay banking application subscriber are as follows:
1. You must have a Savings/Current/Staff Overdraft account with a bank that is currently subscribing to FSS Mobile Pay banking service.
2. You must have been issued an ATM/Debit Card by your bank.
3. You must have a mobile handset with at least one of the following communication channels:

a. GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) enabled,    b. Bluetooth,    c. PC Suite or Data cable

How it works
 
You can register your mobile number with FSS Mobile Pay banking service in the following ways:

1.Through your nearest bank ATM
2.By directly going to your nearest bank branch and filling up the respective mobile banking application.

A. Registration Process @ ATM

1.Go to any nearest Bank's ATM to register with FSS Mobile Pay service.
2.Insert/dip your ATM card in the card swipe slot of the machine. The ATM prompts you to enter your card's PIN to further the transaction.
3.Enter PIN and select Mobile Banking -> Registration option in the ATM menu. ATM prompts you to enter your Mobile number.
4.Enter your 10-digit Mobile Number & select Confirm button. ATM prompts you to re-confirm the Mobile number.
5.You re-enter the Mobile Number & click Confirm.
6.ATM prompts you to select the Account Type option <Current> or <Savings>. Select the respective account.
7.On validation, ATM displays the following message and prints the same: "Your Mobile Number Registered successfully"
8.After successful registration, you receive SMS (Service SMS) on your Mobile from the Bank. This SMS contains Mobile Application URL link for downloading the Mobile Application Software, Application password, and mPIN.

Note: If your details are found invalid, then ATM displays "Registration Failure" message.
 
B. Registration Process @ Bank Branch

1.Go to your nearest bank branch.
2.Fill in the respective mobile banking application and submit the details.
3.The bank official enters and submits all your details to the FSS Mobile Pay service.
4.After validation of the submitted details, you receive an SMS from the bank with the mobile banking login credentials.

You can download the mobile banking application in the following ways:

1.Through your nearest bank ATM
2.By directly going to your nearest bank branch and filling up the respective mobile banking application.

1. Through GPRS Mobile Handset: If your mobile handset is GPRS enabled, you can download the application on to your mobile by tapping the http://mobile.fssnet.co.in/mpayweb/MobileDownload URL link.

2. Through Bluetooth: If you do not have GPRS enabled mobile handset, yet, you can download the Mobile Banking application related to your mobile handset to your PC and thereafter, you can transfer the application to your mobile handset using Bluetooth. All you have to do is to plug-in the Bluetooth device into the PC USB port. After enabling the Bluetooth option in both the PC and your handset, point your mobile toward the PC and transfer the application from the PC to your mobile handset.

3. Through Data Cable: If you do not have GPRS enabled mobile handset, yet, you can download the Mobile Banking application related to your mobile handset to your PC and thereafter you can transfer the application to your mobile handset using data cable. All you have to do is to plug-in the cable both into your mobile and the PC and transfer the application from the PC to your mobile handset.

4. Through Bank Branch: You can step into any of your bank branches and ask for assistance to download and install the application related to your mobile handset.

Follow the steps below to install the application on your mobile handset:
1. Go to the mobile banking application folder in your mobile handset.

2. Tap the Mobile Setup.zip file.

3. Tap the Mobile Setup.CAB file. The application gets installed on your mobile handset successfully.
Follow the steps below to activate the application on your mobile handset:
1. Select the mobile application file from the Application folder in your mobile handset and gently tap it to start the application.
2. Select the First Time User option.
3. Enter the Application Password, which you have already received through SMS
4. Select the Secret Question.
5. Enter the corresponding Secret Answer.
6. Enter new Mobile Application Password and confirm it by re-entering the same.
7. Click OK. The application displays the "Mobile Login" screen where you are supposed to enter new mobile Application Password and     tap OK.
8. After successful mobile login, you are prompted to create new mPIN. Please provide the following inputs for changing the mPin:
a. Enter the mPIN that was received through SMS during the registration process.
b. Enter New mPin (Note: Your Login Password and mPin must not be same.)
c. Confirm the newly entered mPin by re-entering the same and tap OK.
This activity completes the task of creating new 'Mobile Application Password' and 'mPIN' details successfully.
Follow the steps below to activate the selected communication mode on your mobile handset:
1.Select the target Communication Mode (GPRS/SMS).

2.Tap OK. The application displays the Main Menu where you can do all the available transactions, at ease.

3. Tap the Mobile Setup.CAB file. The application gets installed on your mobile handset successfully.
